Building profitable, cross-category products where creative vision meets operational excellence.

15+ years scaling apparel, home, and lifestyle collections through design leadership and global partnerships.

I am a product development and design leader with over 15 years of experience creating and scaling collections across apparel, home, and lifestyle. My work lives at the intersection of creative vision and operational discipline—translating ideas into products that not only inspire, but also perform, scale, and deliver measurable business results.

At Destira, I directed design and development for more than 5,000 SKUs annually, scaling production by 300% and driving 30% profit growth year over year. I led the brand’s expansion into swimwear, directed all print and pattern graphic design, and built the company’s go-to-market calendar to align design, merchandising, and operations. High-profile collaborations with Athleta Girl and multiple nonprofit partners expanded reach while reinforcing brand identity.

My career has also included shaping home and textile collections at Pottery Barn, guiding collaborations with designers and entertainment brands like Monique Lhuillier, Lily Pulitzer, Warner Brothers, and Emily + Meritt, and developing global compliance programs at Fanatics to support a $3.1B merger.

I am deeply committed to mentorship and team building—having managed teams of designers and developers, created onboarding and growth frameworks, and taught over 2,700 hours as an Adjunct Professor at Academy of Art University.

What excites me most is building bridges between creativity and business: ensuring every collection is as commercially sound as it is beautiful, and that it tells a story customers connect with.
